Visionnaire’s latest venture in bespoke home furnishing takes place at 1300 Beverly Estates Drive.The project sets a new precedent in defining modern, glamorous, and sophisticated living. The palatial 12,500 sq. ft. estate boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms throughout the main house, all outfitted by Italian luxury interiors brand, Visionnaire. The rooms are staged with a selection of contemporarypieces, tailor-made to match the client’s needs. 

Straying away from the ordinary, the property is definedby its exclusive location, and meta-luxury furnishings, including but not limited to, an estimated 150million year old authentic Allosaurus skeleton guarding the double-height glass entry.

Ascend the floating staircase to the home’s main level, which features the 945-square-foot, black-tiled showroom garage with room for four vehicles. On the third level, three bedrooms occupy the north wing, while the master suite - which is crafted to include a morning kitchen, cloud-white Bianca Carrara marble bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and direct access to the outdoor terrace - is situated on the north end for added privacy. The master suite is outfitted with Alessandro La Spada’s Emotion Bed, Rawdon Cabinet and Make-up Desk, Melmoth Chandelier, and Blondie Armchairs and Bench. The three bedrooms in the North wing featur Visionnaire’s Perkins set, Midnight Set, and the Beloved bed. The different furnishings featured in the three guest rooms and the master suite are unique in design and upholstery, but come together to tell a unified story. Additional features include a four-car motor court and fully-integrated smart home technology.

Arrive up a 1,000-foot long curving driveway and enter the lower level from the wraparound terrace, which runs the length of the home’s view-facing facade.
