Located along the pristine shoreline of Surfside, Miami, the Arte Surfside Penthouse is an exclusive three-level residence completed in 2019 within the iconic oceanfront building designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel in collaboration with Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. Conceived as a sculptural architectural statement overlooking the Atlantic, Arte hosts only sixteen luxury residences, each envisioned as a privileged belvedere suspended between ocean and sky.

Positioned across the uppermost floors of the building, the penthouse spans approximately 497 square meters of interior living space and 557 square meters overall, distributed across three levels. The layout includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ensuring both privacy and functional balance within a fluid spatial composition. Full-height glazing on all four elevations maximizes natural light and establishes uninterrupted visual continuity with the ocean and the Miami skyline.

The rooftop level represents the experiential apex of the residence. Conceived as the flybridge of a yacht, it features a private swimming pool and solarium, transforming the upper terrace into an elevated outdoor living platform. Here, panoramic vistas frame an immersive setting dedicated to leisure and relaxation, reinforcing the Mediterranean-inspired culture of living that defines the project.

Curated and fully appointed by Visionnaire, the penthouse embodies a bespoke approach to interior architecture, where each environment is individually designed and coordinated. From spatial articulation to the selection of indoor and outdoor elements, the project reflects a tailored methodology and a coherent design narrative that integrates craftsmanship, material research.

Living Area

Oriented toward the ocean, the living space is a striking environment where panorama and furnishings complement one another. It features the best-selling Ca’ Foscari by Alessandro La Spada, the Marty console and coffee table family by Marco Piva and the Montparnasse upholstered seating by Mauro Lipparini.

The dining area is furnished with the Kerwan table, an iconic product of the brand, paired with Astrid chairs and the Thamos sideboard, also designed by Alessandro La Spada. The Boreal 9 chandelier by Marco Piva completes the composition, adding a refined touch to the setting.

Rooftop

One of the most evocative spaces within the penthouse is the rooftop, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. The top level, complete with a solarium and private pool, is conceived as the flybridge of a yacht. Visionnaire curated the entire setup, furnishing the solarium area with Farnese armchairs by Samuele Mazza, the Oberto coffee table, and the Kathryn seating family.

In a second lounge area, the Galloway sofa is arranged alongside Coney Island armchairs with matching coffee tables, creating an additional space dedicated to relaxation.

With a silhouette that evokes the shape of a pagoda, Arte houses 16 luxury residences, conceived as exclusive oceanfront belvederes and designed to embrace the outdoor lifestyle typical of Mediterranean cultures, where interior and exterior spaces exist in seamless osmosis.
