Completed in 2026, this four-level private villa extends over 1,800 square meters of interior space and 1,340 square meters of exterior areas, set on a total plot of 1,790 square meters. The architectural composition expresses an equilibrium of geometry, transparency, and light — the essence of Visionnaire’s design philosophy translated into built form.
The residence features 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, distributed across vertically connected spaces that balance openness and intimacy. Floor-to-ceiling glass façades capture Dubai’s vibrant daylight, while terraces and lounges create a continuous dialogue between interior volumes and the surrounding landscape.
Among its defining features are two private swimming pools — one set within the landscaped garden, the other located on the rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the skyline and the sea. The rooftop also hosts a 30-square-meter gym, conceived as an exclusive wellness retreat suspended between sky and water.

Home Philosophy has always been the core of our vision. For our first architectural project we worked together with Volare, a real estate developer based in Dubai, to create a branded villa that represents our manifesto.
This is Volare, available now for every visionary around the world.
Set on the shores of Jumeirah Bay Island, the villa rises in a place where sky and sea seamlessly merge.
Designed by Alessandro La Spada, it reflects both the identity of Visionnaire and the spirit of its surroundings through natural materials and a palette inspired by the landscape.
Stone, marble and glass define the volumes, while light shapes the architecture throughout the day.
A distinctive engraved stone motif — recalling the quilting of iconic Visionnaire pieces and the softness of desert dunes — enhances the façades.
By night, integrated LED lines reinterpret the surfaces, creating a refined interplay of light.
The interiors balance light and shadow to create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication.
Soft materials, warm tones, and subtle reflections define spaces designed for contemporary comfort and an effortless dialogue with the landscape.

The Volare project demands attention to details, all the way to the creation of an olfactory identity for spaces. After conducting an extensive research into the identity of places objects and materials, Visionnaire has developed, together with Antonella Bondi, an original fragrance exclusively formulated for this project - a fresh, luminous blend of citrus notes and eucalyptus that captures the essence of the place and makes every space unforgettable.
