Visionnaire Opens its Embassy in London

Visionnaire opens a new Embassy in London, inside the prestigious Chelsea Harbour Design Center. A space for bespoke design by appointment that makes its official public debut in November.

Leopoldo Cavalli,

CEO and Co-Founder
of Visionnaire

“London is one of the cities with the highest buying power on earth with a million people working in the creative sectors and a thousand design studios that focus on major real estate developments, from the Arabian countries to the Far East, from Europe to the United States. In this context, Visionnaire, with its “one of a kind” Home Philosophy, stands out as an ideal partner, not just for residential projects but also for soft contract applications such as hotellerie and yachting.”

The design concept of the Embassy reflects the aesthetic codes and values found in all the flagship stores of the brand around the world: Milan, Los Angeles, Miami and Hong Kong. Innovation and lifestyle, culture and contamination, interaction with talents from different backgrounds, and a low-impact approach to 100% Italian tailoring.

Eleonore Cavalli

Co-Founder and Art Director
of Visionnaire

“The ten foundation values of the brand - Culture, Nature, Design, Object, Experience, Contamination, Uniqueness, Ingenuity, Luxury, Vision - narrated in the manifesto “Decàlogo Art Book” - seem to intertwine and alternate in every creation here in London. The space has been organized as a true dwelling: the rooms, with walls with rounded corners, display the furnishings along a specific architectural pathway. The walls alternate ribbed wood and fabric wallcoverings with early 20th-century floral decorations and pastel shades of sage green, to expand the perception of the space, making it dynamic and organic.”

The asymmetrical entrance leads to evocative worlds and atmospheres, in a succession of historic pieces mingling with the new developments of the latest collections, starting with the Amos table and the luminous Sputnik sculpture, the new art design creations by the duo Draga&Aurel.

Babylon Rack

Vivid emphasis has been placed on the creations for the living area by Alessandro La Spada. In the foreground, the new Babylon Rack sofa, making its debut in September 2021, is the evolution of the iconic Babylon upholstered sofa presented at the Salone del Mobile in 2016. A seat for the center of the room, covered with special 99% antibacterial leather, ideal for a multifunctional lounge area thanks to the spaces accessorized with bookshelves and compartments for objects, equipped with LED lighting fixtures. The innovative “touch” system placed at the top of the back permits recharging of lamps and smartphones without separate electrical sockets. The area is completed by the new Egoiste chaise longue, the Building tables and the Polaris collection of lamps.

Ca foscari

The second living zone features a setting composed of the Ca’ Foscari sofa and armchairs, combined with the low Lego table designed by Draga&Aurel.

In the dining area the protagonist is the Kerwan table, with its unique sculptural forms, featuring an innovative bend in the marble bases with the exclusive “Azerocare” stain proofing antibacterial treatment patented by Antolini, in the Black&Gold marble version. The table is displayed with the Cloud chairs, adorned with special eco-skin covering and “Ca’ Foscari” embroidery, composed of 100% low-impact regenerated leather. The setting is completed by the striking Rock chandelier.

The home office zone, an extremely timely context over the last few years, is presented here with a bestseller by the famous architect Steve Leung, the Jet Plane desk, combined with the Planet chair with rounded profiles and precious leather covering.

Finally, the bedroom zone with its pale natural colors has been organized with one of the most outstanding items of the entire collection, coveted at all latitudes for its versatility. The Ca’ Foscari bed establishes a dialogue with the Bastian sofa and the Kobol wellness unit, winner of the prestigious Archiproducts Award in 2018.
