The Realm of Red Soil unfolds as a journey where design enters into dialogue with nature and symbolism becomes tangible space. Inspired by the fertile red earth of Southwest China — an ancestral ground where culture takes root — the project explores a relationship with space grounded in being rather than having.

The Shape of Freedom
A white horse moves freely across this territory, noble and untamed, embodying the essence of Visionnaire design: expressive, sculptural, and deeply human. The Realm of Red Soil thus becomes a narrative of freedom and purity. It celebrates the Year of the Horse, honoring authenticity, inner strength, and the courage to move forward without restraint. Rooted in the earth, shaped by vision, and alive in the present, this landscape presents objects and architectures that do not dominate nature, but move in harmony with it.
Can one truly belong to something, if freedom is what defines our very essence?
Marking this terrain are forms suspended between art and design — objects emerging from the red soil like figures born of the landscape itself.
The enveloping form of Mercury by Rito Valla, with its balanced geometry, creates a refuge for contemplation — a space where the gaze can extend beyond the horizon. Beside it, the Nubia console by Hagit Pincovici introduces rhythm and elevation: its sharp architectural line rises from the red earth like a natural ridge. Together, they generate a dialogue between calm and tension, softness and structure.
The Voluptas chairs by Studiopepe bring softness and fluidity into the landscape, with tactile forms traced into the soil. The white horse moves among them with a gentle motion. The Elysium Art table by Draga & Aurel defines a nucleus of silent, sculptural balance — a primordial center where space and light naturally align.
