The space unfolds as a new exhibition stage, a place where the culture of design meets art and collecting. The debut of the Shanghai Wunderkammer marks the first chapter of a project that reinforces Visionnaire’s vocation to transform design into a cultural and narrative experience.
The ground floor, with its almost museal character, is conceived as a true Art Design project. To celebrate the opening, Visionnaire brings to Shanghai several emblematic pieces from its Milanese Wunderkammer — icons such as the Pavone armchair by Marc Ange, the Elysium Art table by Alessandro La Spada, the Zoe Deco chairs by Mauro Lipparini, and Aries Art by Draga & Aurel — presented in dialogue with the wall artworks of Aurel, creating a scenographic installation where art, design, and craftsmanship converge.
The inaugural flagship marks a new chapter in Visionnaire’s presence in Asia, joining a vibrant network of partners across China and monobrand stores in major dynamic cities such as New Delhi, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City, alongside presences in Phuket and Mumbai.
The Shanghai flagship store is a manifesto of Visionnaire’s identity — a space where our design thinking converges with art, emotion, and cultural dialogue. It embodies the very essence of the culture of living, transforming spaces into stories that engage the senses and connect people.
