The parent company IPE SRL, founded in 1959, launched its brand Visionnaire—now celebrating its 20th anniversary—which over the past two decades has become synonymous with luxury, innovation, and Italian craftsmanship.
Marco Bizzarri has been appointed President of Visionnaire and will work closely with founding family members Leopoldo Cavalli, CEO, and Eleonore Cavalli, Creative Director. The active management of FOREL will support the company’s next phase of growth, focusing on expanding its network in key global cities, developing branded residential projects, and enhancing branding and customer engagement strategies.

In the stunning setting of the Darsena del Sale in Cervia, Visionnaire hosted a special event bringing together all of the company’s employees to celebrate a new chapter following its acquisition by FOREL.
The event opened with an in-depth introduction and reflection on the essence and future of Visionnaire. Key figures from both Visionnaire and FOREL explored the brand’s founding pillars and strategic direction, with discussions guided by Alberto Cavalli, General Director of the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d’Arte in Milan.
The introduction by Leopoldo Cavalli and the leadership team of FOREL outlined the brand’s new direction and the exciting opportunities on the horizon.
Visionnaire’s leadership team shared insights into the company’s future strategy, offering a clear roadmap for the next steps and reinforcing the collaborative spirit of the event.
Thought-provoking panel discussions featured prominent voices like Marco Bizzarri, former CEO of Gucci, and Jesse Lee, President of Design Miami and founder of Basic.Space, who talked about the future of design, how to attract new generations of clients and Visionnaire’s innovative edge.
