La filosofia dell'abitare è sempre stata al centro della nostra vision. Per il nostro primo progetto architettonico abbiamo lavorato assieme a Volare, un real estate developer basato a Dubai, per creare una villa che rappresentasse il nostro manifesto a 360 gradi.

Context
La nuova villa si erige sulle spiagge di Jumeirah Bay Island. Un'oasi di pace ed esclusività dove cielo e mare si uniscono tra le onde e la brezza marina.
Project
La villa disegnata da Alessandro La Spada esprime appieno l'identità di Visionnaire e del territorio in cui si trova in un modo sofisticato. Il progetto punta a massimizzare il Genius Loci - l'anima del luogo - attraverso l'uso di materiali naturali e colori che dialogano con la palette colori della terra e che risponde alle condizioni climatiche del luogo. Mare, sabbia e cielo definiscono la connessione tra l'architettura e la natura.
Interiors
Gli interni puntano a creare ambienti eleganti e raffinati dove luci e ombre, giochi di trasparenza e riflessi creano effetti di mistero e incuriosiscono l'osservatore.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The mansion is connected to the landscape. Stone, marble and glass define the architectural volumes. Typical motifs of Visionnaire's language recur up to the definition of every single detail: the stone is engraved following a relief design which, on the one hand, evokes the quilting of some of the maison's iconic products, and on the other, it pays homage to the softness of the desert dunes. If during the day it is the sunlight that creates shadows and contrasts on the stone, at night a LED system recreates a game of light.

FRAGRANZA VOLARE
Il progetto VOLARE richiede attenzione a tutti i dettagli, compresa la creazione di un'identità olfattiva per gli spazi. A seguito di approfondite ricerche riguardo l'identità degli spazi, oggetti e materiali, Visionnaire ha sviluppato, assieme ad Antonella Bondi, una fragranza inedita formulata esclusivamente per questo progetto.
OLFACTORY DESIGN
The sense of smell defines the moments and places in which we live. Recognising and identifying a place by its scent, even at a distance of time, proves that a certain fragrance is able to make certain spaces, and emotions we experience unforgettable.

NOTES
VOLARE immediately captures the attention thanks to a clever combination of fresh and lively top notes: the protagonists are orange, lemon, bergamot and grapefruit as well as the balsamic note of eucalyptus.
